This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how My Perks ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the App. The App is designed and operated under a privacy-first architecture, and we are committed to minimizing data collection and maximizing user control.

1. Privacy-First Design Philosophy

My Perks is built on the principle of data minimization. The App does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or otherwise process personal data on external servers. All user data remains under the control of the end user at all times.

2.1 On-Device Storage
All data generated or entered while using the App is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework and is protected by Apple's built-in security features, including device-level encryption. We do not operate, maintain, or have access to any backend servers that store user data.
2.2 iCloud Backup
At your discretion and subject to your Apple ID and iCloud settings, data stored by the App may be backed up to your personal iCloud account. These backups are managed entirely by Apple and are governed by Apple's privacy and security policies. We do not have access to your iCloud account, iCloud backups, or Apple ID credentials.

The App does not collect, process, transmit, or share any personal data, including but not limited to:

3.2 Financial Data
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any financial information, including but not limited to:

Any purchases made through the App Store are processed exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's own privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, disclose, or otherwise share user data with:

· Government or law enforcement agencies (as no data is retained by us)

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). As no personal data is collected, the App complies with the Children''s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.

9. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. Apple system services (such as iCloud backups) operate independently and are governed by Apple's privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Any updates will be made available within the App or on the App's listing page, with the effective date revised accordingly.
